How to Install Sample Dataset or Database on Oracle Apex

Topic Introduction: To work on Oracle Apex need a database. as it's a training session for beginners we will install a sample database, today we will learn how to install Sample Database on the oracle apex workspace.

Let's follow the process to install a sample database on oracle Apex

1. Log in to the workspace and click on the SQL Workshop icon

2. click on the Utilities icon

3. Click on Sample Datasets

4. Click on one install button from the report which dataset want to install on your workspace

5. Select language and Schema then click on the Next Button

6. To confirm the install database check the database objects and click on the Install dataset.

7. Dataset installation complete, if you don't want to create an Application from here click on the Exit button.

Now go to the Object browser and check the installed dataset table and other objects.

Click on Sample Datasets

Click on one Install Button

click on the Next Button

click on the Install Dataset

click on the Exit

Check the Object Browser
