How to Create Oracle Apex Application
Topic Introduction: In this tutorial, we will show how to create an Oracle Apex application on a workspace. It is a primary task of the application. After environment setup Application creation is the first work of Apex application development. It is a very easy task.
Let's follow the work process.
01. Login to Apex workspace
02. Click on the Apps Builder icon
03. Click on Create Button
04. From three options click on New Application
05. Give the Required information
- Clicking on Icon we can select Icon change the icon color and also we can select our own picture from desktop
- Give Name of Application
- Select the appearance or Theme you like You can also customize this later
- On the page section, you can create the extra page by default an application has 3 pages, Global Page, Login Page, and a Home page.
- On the feature Part here have some additional parts that you can add to your application during application Create that is
- Install Progressive Web App: Give your app the ability to be installed
- About Page: Add about this application page
- Access Control: Enable role-based user authorization
- Activity Reporting: Include user activity and error reports
- Configuration Options: Enable or disable application features
- Feedback: Allow users to provide feedback
- Theme Style Selection: Update default application look and feel
06. Click on Create Application
Application Created
Now to check the application click on the Run/Play Icon in the top right corner
Give workspace user name & Password
Yes this is the Home page run-time interface of your Application
